You create an order and your gear is reserved. A hold is placed and a confirmation is sent.

Pick-up is at 3:00pm on the agreed upon date.

All equipment must be returned dry and free of mud and dirt. The presence of dirt, mud, mildew or mold will result in a cleaning charge of no less than $25 per item.

Gear should be returned by 1:00 pm of the day following the last rental day. Waldo Outfitters will inspect, deep clean, sanitize, and store gear until is needed for another journey.

If you do not return the gear to Waldo Outfitters by the Return Date, you will be charged a one-time late fee of $25, plus the Daily Rental Rate for each day late until returned - up to the cost of equipment replacement.
